The Garden
    #3907997 - 03/12/05 05:41 PM (11 years, 8 months ago)

So i went to this japanese tea garden yesterday, ate a few grams of Ps Cyanescens and another couple grams of Stuntzii.

During my come-up I was lying in grass in the small cherry orchard section of the garden.

The pond was down the embankment in front of me and there were quite a few people walking around. I was pretty much zoned out in this one spot for a couple hours with my ipod, staring up at these cherry tree branches and seeing infinite patterns of them with my eyes closed

Here's an angle from the south end of the pond. there were huge multicolored koy fish in this pond hehehe

children were walking around me while i was anxiously lying (and probably twitching) in the grasses. Their impetuous giggles helped me become yet more anxious so i thought it would be a good time to leave the garden :ooo:

standing up after having spent my come-up and peak lying in the grass not being able to move...well walking just seemed verrryyyy difficult. in fact i havent had this kind of motor skills loss before on psychedelics. I just prayed that i could make it back to the garden's main entrance/exit without tumbling over the walkway into the pond. there were some seemingly formal looking japanese women in traditional japanese black garments (cloaks i believe they were) observing and painting the landscape of the garden. they stared at me when i walked by them, but almost everybody was staring because I was walking soooo awkwardly lol. I managed to take this photo right upon exiting the garden...it doesnt look like much, but its a miracle i was able to operate the camera anyway, half the time even while using it i didnt know what the fuck i was doing.

These are just pictures. nothing can describe the beauty and oddities of that garden experienced while tripping. but, to any psychonauts living in the Seattle area, i highly recommend it

In a way, that was one of the best trip reports I ever read.

All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

I like to go to the Japanese Garden too.

I love seeing all the beautiful Koi they have there.

Sounds like you had a nice time.
