ok im going to start from the begining. i bought some organic brown rice from the store chopped it up in the blender. i bought a safe 2 pressure cooker as we speak the are cooking. i used a 2/3 cup of verm, 1/4 cup of brf and 1/4 cup of water for 1 1/2 pint glass. i filled the glass and lightly packed it in there with my finger. my questioin is what i have done so far is it ok?? also every time you inculate a new jar should you sterilze the needle again. for instance i have five jars to be ready soon should i sterlize the needle five times to inculate all of them . thanks a bunch guys

Yes, as long as you added a dry vermiculite layer on top. I sterilize by dipping the syringe in an isopropanol filled beaker between jars.

do you have to let the syringe dry off after dipping in alcohol or can you inculate right after dipping in alcohol

iso. alcohol dries pretty quickly in open air.

I usually inoculate 12 jars or so, and i NEVER clean the syringe in between shootings......i've never had any trouble either....u already sterilized the jars, right?? how can there be contams. then??

Well, what u gonna get on the needle besides already sterile substrate?? I just innoculate quickly.....like i said...i've done this MANY, MANY times and have yet to encounter any problems.....

well, i'm assuming he has a sterile syringe to start with......if, not, no doubt about contaminates......they will be there!

yes i have some syringes from the lil shop of spores. the eq's are doing great almost 100% colinizatin nor jars lost to contams yet!!!(crossing my fingers) they smell great to i am amazed the b+ had to be start over becuse when i pressure cooked them i didn't have enough tinfoil and the dry verm got soaked and after a few days started to smell bad. but they just germinated 2 days ago. And i am just know working on some thailand. does anyone know anything about this strain!!!thanks everyone
