rip offs

i was wondering even in an area where shrooms are common.. what are the probabilities of getting ripped off or getting fake shrooms.... is it basically just a [problem with obviously untrusted dealers or more....?

There is a potential to get ripped off any time you make a deal with someone you do or don't know (if you know assholes)

I usually find, the shadier the dealer, the more chance of a rip-off.

Getting fake mushrooms? You mean like someone selling store bought ones as psilocybin mushrooms? Well if you were stupid enough to buy them then you deserved to be ripped off. There's a pretty obvious difference. Nothing like that is a problem here...

First of all in order to not get ripped off. Find out what the psilocybes around your area are being sold. Learn what they look like. Learn to see the signs of psilocybe. Ask yourself is this person shady or know what they are talking about.

actually the tip off here is if they ever use the term "hydroponic mushrooms" for SOME reason they think that gets people interested, but man that just makes me think the fuckers are STUPID.

if i buy them from someone i dont know, i just look to see if the stems are blue (which they may not be if there's no bruising, but if the dealer's been carrying em in his pocket there'll be some blue parts).

no I'm not talking about store bought mushrooms being passed off by the dealer saying that there grown when they just picked some lookalikes and are selling them... Ive herd a couple cases where this has happened one with supposedly a bath that was believed to be liberty caps in England... than these dealers only now slang and not the real species name so its kinda like talking to a brick wall cause drug slang are just vague advertisements

Here is a tip:

If they are selling - don't buy.
If they are taking, ask them if they will DO YOU A FAVOR and sell you some.

Personally, I would never SELL. I give mine away.

Heck, I bet there may be more than one of you on this site that I have personally GIVEN shrooms and/or peyote to. "I'm the guy that got on that bus one time and kicked down. You guys gave me an avacado, remember?" :wink:

don't get shrooms from drug dealers you don't know. Get them from people you trust or pick them yourself. You can see what species grow in your area in the Mushroom Hunting forum. The season is comming up, so start researching!!

just dont buy shit from people you dont know for 2 reasons
1.you might get ripped off
2.sometimes undercover cops try to get people to buy it and bust them
you should at least know the person somewhat
