Ok let me see if I got this right....
I have an airpump which there is a hose running out and into an empty bottle filled with water. Then i made another hole on the top of the bottle, and ran a hose through that(the other end is in my terr....or will soon be.
Do I have this right? I'm not noticeing any humid air coming out of the other end of the hose. Whats the problem?

You got it right. Seal around the holes with Plumber`s Goop or some shit.

I threw the end of the tube in my terr., turned it on and left it.
When I came back an hour later I got a reading of 95%....wow!
