Syringes for making agar slants?

I used to work in a mycological lab as an undergraduate, and we would preserve many of our cultures by storing them on agar slants. I want to use this method for keeping my own mycelial cultures but lack one essential piece of equipment - a sterilizable agar syringe.

Is anybody here familiar with these? Are the syringes that are sold for spore innoculation the same thing? Anybody know of a retail source for agar syringes?

so far, all the syringes i have purchaced can be pressure cooked. I place them point down full of mild bleach water in a mild bleach-water solution in a quart jar. the needle caps i just leave floating in the same jar. the heat distroys the bleach.

mild=one capful from the bottle, about a teaspoon to a gallon.
