Hmmmm. Usually the last jars you load up from a collander are the ones that do that. Next time wait for the remainder of the seed in the collander to drain a little longer before loading up jars. Remember that the seed on the top of the collander will dry faster that the bottom. I wouldn't use them. Bacillus will probably get the upper hand on those 2.

you'll have a problem for sure, once you shake it the first time what ever bactera
is breeding in the gooey stuff will be all over the rest of the grain, you'll be
hard pressed to fruit it, your best bet is to start over, it's a pain but worth
the extra effort

You should at least have some success.  There is no way anybody is 100.00% sterile in mush cult, but the closer you are, the better your success rates will be. :thumbup:

Was it just stuck together or was it whitish/tanish sludge? WBS will often clump together, just shake the crap out of it. As long as the grains arent popped and it doesnt look too wet, you should be fine.
