let's say perhaps...

some fresh had been frozen, then (unfortunately) thawed in transition to almost some goo-iness, then re-frozen in hope of salvation, is there hope? is there a best salvageable preparation?

without a doubt, your best bet would be to make an acidic fruitjuice smoothy with it. your active indoles are soluble in mild organic acids like vinagar, grapefruit or other citrus juice, vitamin-C, or cranberry juice.

pop into the blender and wizz till you cant detect any lumps. let it settle, decant, drink. there is also a way of frozen concentrating the mix, but it is laborious. i made a previous post on the subject.
