Shroom Spores ILLEGAL in Canada?

My stupid brother called the non-emergincy police line in Toronto Canada , and said that i got a package of spores in the mail and asked if they were illegal, the officer said that they were,,
now im so afraid to grow
ofcource he called on the house line that i live in.
should i?
i just got on probation too
im fucked now i cant grow , im so sad
what should i do

Your bro sounds like an idiot! I would not worry too much about any kind of search thou... Your country seems to have much more liberal atitudes (EX: recent pot reform law). I have seen on tv where they would bust indoor weed growers and merly take there shit and turn them lose the same evening! Damm dude... your lucky that the folks up there arent so stupid with the "party favors" ;)

or just grow in another place if you can....of course eliminate from your house all the growing supplies...

I think the least of your worries is that the lady on the other line of the phone at the police station.

If your brother is that much of a little punk to call the cops to see if what you are doing is illegal, don't you think that if you grow mushies and he finds them in your place that he is gonna be dialing that number again?

I mean he must surely know that mushrooms are illegal.... doesn't he? He's trying to get you into trouble .... right? What makes you think he isn't gonna be causing you trouble down the line?

I would stay far far away from growing until you aren't living with the rat anymore!

ill start to grow in 2-3 months,,

WEll I just talked to Gyorgy-Miklos Ola'h iat the Uniersitat Laval in Quebec and Mushroom spores are not illegal in Canada..

So what is the porblem.

If you are growing them they are not going to charge you with poissession of spores or spore prints.

BEsides Psilocybine mushrroomes are legal for all members of the FAne in Brituish Colombia becasue their Church Charter was written before the mushrooms and chemicals were made illegal in Canda so members of the FANE are allowed to legally take mushrooms as their religious sacrement.



Shit Poppy seeds are legal all over the world and marujuana seeds are not.

Spores are only illegal in America in California and in Georgia.

Othesiwise I'm outta here to Cambodia for soem real shroom experiences until the end of October.

Shroom spores are not illegal in Canada. You can buy them at the Toronto Hemp Company.

Look, so what. You're brother called the cops and asked if "shroom spores" were illegal. The copy said they were probably because (if he referred to them as shrooms) the cop realized that someone intended to grow them.

The cops aren't going to obtain a search warrant based on a phone call. They have more important things to do. If you grow your mushrooms, don't sell them, and don't get caugh possessing them, you have little to worry about when it comes to the jars and terrarium in your room.

I completely agree with you all about who cares about the cop lady at the police station they are not going to do anything because his brother called them....but I really think you are giving him some bad advice. He needs to be worried about FUTURE phone calls by his brother to the cops.

The problem is that his brother is obviously a SNITCH....The key to growing mushrooms is being safe and not having other people know you are growing. He is at great risk of his brother reporting his grow operation to the cops.....that is not safe. Not to mention he is already on probation.

I know if I was him I would not be growing if I had a brother that will call the cops about something as simple as my mail.
