Like they said. you can't cut corners. If you don't have a humidifier or a hepa filtration system, go out and buy them. The water bed idea sounds like the shiznitobang! Go for it bro. Lots of pics. Lots of pics. Oh, I know you said your not going to sell, but what the hell is someone gonna do with pounds of dried mushrooms other than sell. They would degrade to nothing before you could eat them all. Selling is not a good idea, A few years back I was giving out 1/8ths of shrooms to friends and that got me in more shit than I wanted. I had little drug feinds hounding me down for some shrooms. I'de get calls in the middle of the night from someone wanting shrooms or even heroine once. and I WASN'T EVEN SELLING!!!! Pretty soon the word had spread around the neighboorhood and no one would talk to me, they wouldn't let their kids even walk in front of my house. It got so bad I had to stall all growing efforts (shrooms for personal use, and all my entheogens) for almost a year. It ain't worth it bro. So if you even thing your still gonna sell, just be sure to lube up the brown starfish. You may want to stretch it out now as opposed to later though.

Ok, son. This is what you NEED to do. First off, you talk alot of shit for the minimal ammount of shit that is in your feeble cranium, so- i suggest you READ some more. Ok second, you need to take all your "wood chips and dirt" and pack them tightly past your puckered sphincter and fill your bowels up untill you look like your about to drop a substrate baby. Then take your syringes, inject them into your eye balls and wait about a month. You will be shitting "pounds" of shrooms in no time. Good luck

Gee Guys... You know we all dream of having a waterbed frame full of shrooms. Show a litte compassion. He is obviously determined to do this, instead of learning with jars the way the rest of us started. If he is going to dedicate an entire room to his growing attemp. We should at least help him out. What he does with his results are his business... right? After all... 6 syringes should be plenty to get enough substrate to fill a waterbed. You will need a seperate heater, humidifier, and an ionizer for that room. And if you really want a good yeild, I think you should case it with a nice dung/peat mixture. Really looking forward to seeing those pictures of your success!

Well... He could probably boil a 45gal drum of grain over an open fire to sterilize it, innoculate it and seal it up for a couple weeks. Then transfer his spawn to the waterbed filled with pasturized straw. Just needs something to cover the bed with during the colonizing period. Then case it.

I agree 100% that Forest Gump Jr. here should recieve ALL the help he can get but ONLY for the new WATERBED TEK. This could be SHROOM HISTORY in the making. Im too new at this to help Forest here but Im hooked on this thread and dont want it to end, this is some funny shit. Excuse me.... How far has this kid gotten so far in his new tek?
Tell me something good then I might agree with you..

I agree with the 45gallon drum, that would have to be the way to go.... maybe start 2 or three of them for a continuing cycle, infinite shrooms man, couldnt you imagine? Anyway, youll prolly wanna clean out the entire room and isnted of the waterbed, go buy 3 or 4 of those kiddie pools, along with the drums, disinfect the room, then put up thick plastic on the walls the ceiling, and floor, and disinfect again. Then get your drums setup, dont forget to sterlize after mixing your substrait!! then inocculate those bad boys. Then wait 3 maybe 4 months, then case them in the kiddie pools, i personally think the kiddie pools would work out better then the waterbed tek...
You approach the turnstiles and know that when you get there you have to give the man two dollars or he won't let you inside but when you get there everything goes wrong.

Kiddie Pools would be easy to clean/sterilize too. Just throw them in the washing machine with some bleach! You can use vapor barrior plastic on the walls to cut costs, it's not expensive If the waterbed isn't needed it could be put through a chipper and used to make more substrate. The only drawback is, he will have to change the name to the Kiddy-Pool Tek... but I think he should get FULL credit for it, even if we do help with an idea or two!

Yea, I suggest the 55 gal drums of rye grain over fire since you really don't need to PC for an hour or more to kill the endospores/bacteria, we just do it because that's what we've been told to do. Make sure to seal the drums up really tight too, don't let in any air. Then dump it in the waterbed with a bunch of woodchips and alot of water, then seal it up really tight. It will be beautiful I tell you!!

i dont think the bed is the way to go, im tellin ya the kiddie pools are the way to go all the way!!! another idea - buy all the things you would if you were going to turn the room into a sauna, i bet it would work great for keeping the humidity and temp consistant oh and 'enter' go away, i didnt see you try to help and get flamed for it
