Woodlovers
    #3876385 - 03/06/05 07:33 AM (19 years, 27 days ago)

Hello folks,

I have some questions about Ps. Cyan. and Ps. Azures.

1. Can myc be transferred to Liq. Malt/Dextrose solution?
2. Which woodchips is best/better, freshly cut, or somewhat aged?

That was it!

Thanx for any answers,
MF

For city dwellers, I've found you can get oak and birch plywood at most lumber yards. Rip it into thin strips and soak in water. Woodlovers love it. The glue doesn't seem to hurt a thing. The myc gobbles it up first. I've had good luck using plywood, with the chunky coir mixed in to help fill the gaps. It helps to add a bit of molassis or brown sugar to the water you soak the wood in.

Very nice Roger!~

---

I have spent countless hours sitting around watching TV...using a paper hole punch on toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls...I have friends and family that save the rolls for me. hehehe
I even have friends that come over to the house that watch me and end up wanting to do it.
It gets addictive...but makes your hands hurt after awhile.
lolzz

Soak the little circles that you punch out...let them drain real good...put em in a jar...pc them...inoculate them...let them colonize.

Then soak some alder...let it drain good...spawn the colonized jars with the alder in a bag or cardboard box.

I'm going to be knocking up some parks all over Seattle this year.

Hum I need to head up to SF and get me some cyans from golden gate park but I am being hella lazy and now the season is almost over. Well, that would be if the hippies didn't steal all of them, but I hear they are in abundance in the SF area.
