Well, howdy everyone!
After years of dreaming about making a band, and being in a band. It's here.
Here's a short summary, a old friend that I knew back in highschool always had a band that sounded pretty good. I would go to their practices and watch em jam. Always wishing it was me.
Years later, I see my friend and he hands me a wave. It was wierd because I dont usually see him....let alone where I live.
His lead singer was just kicked out....and he's heard about me from some of my pals. He wants me to sing for him next week in front of the band to see what I got.
I'm not worried at all. I'm just....nervous that this is finally happening. I want this sooo bad 
And it's here. For the taking.
I cant freakin wait guys. Wish me luck.
I have finally found my dream....and now it's time to make it mine.

Eh. I lost my mic ages ago.....too bad too. I wanted to make a Chaz soundboard. Just a soundboard of me, and then I would call people with my soundboard...even though it was me.
Basically, it's a alternative band...but since I hate that genre title, im going with rock.

It's ironic that I have such an extensive career in the theatre...and I do not hesitate to act/improv/pantomime in front of anyone, even if I look stupid....but when it comes to siging, I hesitate.
I can attribute that to me being totally confident in my acting, but not fully in my singing. This is will be a good stepping stone...I hope

Yeah...I know. Before I go and jam with them first, im spending most of the day warming up.
When I took 0 period jazz choir in highschool, doing the excersizes in class wouldn't even help me that much.

well just remember every musican can mess up and just smooth in into the performance. Besides even commerical singers have thier bad days, like gwen stefanie in that 2002 or 2003 half time show at the superbowl with the rolling stones singer.... she sounded so horrible but it was ok. I am sure you could sound better than she did that day, must of had a rough night ouch, poor baby gwen.
Everyone has there days, good and bad just do it.

just go in acting, not singing. act like a singer, and really get into your role. if you can act just like yourself, only a version of yourself that's confident in singing... that'd be the way to go. maybe. (what if you forget your lines?)

Used to happen, where I would forget my lines....Not these days.
That does seem like a good outlet to plug into....thanks 
EDIT: That post was typed when I ate a gram of the most POWERFUL shrooms I have ever eaten....ever
