HEy GOdflesh, that happens to be a real photograph from the journal British Mycologist. Here is the actual page form the bpook. IT is a species of termitomyces from Africa. There is also a termite colony in Mexico which not only cultivates edible mushrooms for their colony but one colony cultivates a hallucinogenic species.

Stamets cultivation books also have some of these species available to growers.

It is in the Guiness Book of World Records. IT weighs 2.5 kilograms and is 63 cm in diameter.
