mold/ fungus in soil & my cherished seeds growing

well i got mold/fungus growing on my soil that are covering my very very cherished seeds, around 50 seeds in the jiffy greenhouse.  I hear all this crap about bottom heat and since my seeds are very very cherished i gave them bottom heat.  Well i know for sure that caused the soil to get mold/fungus on it because i have another little jiffy greenhouse going that hasn't gotten mold/fungus growing and its been going for 3 weeks longer.  Applied a tiny bit a fungicide to it I'm guessing its fungus because its green.  Will my seeds be OK? should i scrap the fungus off? or take out the seeds that r not growing and replant them in better soil? THANKS!! :confused:

Yeah I'd recommend scraping that shit off. After that change the environment so that it doesn't come back.
