Airpumps/Bubblers

Ok there was a post a little while back with this question but i dont think it was answerd. Ok if I hook a bubbler or airpump (whats the difference) will i still need to fan? If i dont need to fan as much then this is good too.. so now i ask.. can you send me to a link that explains how to hook a bubbler or airpump up to your terrarium if its a rubbermaid container? thanx alot
