The White Mountains of Arizona. Anyone ever been there? I used to live there. The most amazing scenery....beautiful mountains and great trails. If anyone is ever interested in visiting the White mountains...PM me. I own a house in Round Valley. It's empty. If someone wanted to take a trip out that way, I'd be more than happy to lend the place out.
The area is perfect for camping and hiking. There are also lakes and the Sunrise ski resort is about 30 minutes from there.

I'm not sure if I've ever been there. I used to live in Arizona when I was around 6-7, and we would go camping and hiking in the mountains. It was soooo green and the streams were so clear and beautiful. Definitely not what you would think of as Arizona, no desert where we camped. I think the place was called Workman's Creek, we used to go panning for gold there while camping. Good times, to bad I was younger and don't really remember much of it.

If you ever get a chance to visit AZ again...check out that area if possible. I'm thinking I may want to move back. I miss the AZ weather.

AZ is beautiful...the desert area is such a welcome break from life in the city and suburbs.

Yes! I actually was just in that area last summer. AZ really has some great hiking. I remember climbing up the bright colored rocks and around the winding trails, full of interesting plant and animal life. The scenery out there is great.

my friends and i were just planning on a hiking/camping trip, as well as a psychedelic trip with it. i would love to visit these white mountains, but i'm not so sure you trust a bunch of 18-19 year olds in a house you own. especially since you don't even know me and i don't know you, haha. but yes AZ is a beautiful place with great scenery.
