fasting helps it come on faster and stronger -- one day i didn't eat the ENTIRE DAY and after eating the shrooms within 5 minutes I felt an adrenaline surge. That was a nice strong trip.

Vitamin C, though healthy in it's own respect, i highly doubt does anything for your trip at all. Can't hurt tho, I took some Vitamin C on my second acid trip but I don't remember if it was any stronger after the Vitamin C. It was too strong to even fuckin remember at all! amazing trip tho

I have heard that vitamin C helps with any ill phsyical feelings you might get on the come down of shrooms. My friends sister used to always get sick after she did them, so she started popping about 5 Vitamin C pills with some OJ before ingesting the shrooms. She said it helped a lot and let her focus on the blissful emotional state of coming down.

thats funny shit nor, but the use of mao i"s will do the
job like some syrin rue seeds(sp?) about three grams and
the stuff is really cheap but be careful it is not for the
weak of mind :)

Doing drugs will put wear and tear on your body, so using vitamins is always a plus to replenish your body, but I do not BELIEVE they will make you trip harder (I'm not anywhere near an expert, but in my own experience, vitamin C did not "enhance" my trips).

An MAOI will definitely enhance a shroom trip, but can have some undesirable side effects of it's own. Also, of course using any other psychoactive drug will add it's own flavor into a trip.

to enhance the visuals...

Trip in a dark room, the visuals will be more readily noticable
Try not to eat anything 5-6 hours before the trip
An MAOI such as syrian rue will help with most psychadelics, but be careful with the combo, as it's VERY strong
I think all the Vitamin C stuff is mostly placebic, but it can't hurt.
