dood I think it is sorta fun leaving reality for a little bit, because you always come back and realize that you were just tripping and laugh at yourself

you just have to accept it and let it happen. the same thing has happened to me, i could not tell if i was breathing and i started to freak out. i just said "fuck it, if i die and i die, what can i do?" after a while i realized i was not going to die and my body was doing just fine without me.

Just know that you wont die. Breathing doesnt have to be consciously regulated, youll just do it...Know that and make sure you understand it extremely well and you wont have a problem.

I know what you mean man. It's hard, but if you go with it you'll be diving into a primo psychedelic experience. I think the visual nature of what you're floating into strongly affects your level of anxiety. If you just let it go things will become more fluid and embracing...there's a quick transition from fear to serious enjoyment and engagement.

I understans the feelings. My third trip I ate almost a fith of some chronic mushies. I was sitting watching a movie waiting to leave for the forest with my friends, and I looked down at my arms and realized my mind and body were completly disconnected. I was scared at first but soon just acepted it. Also with the not carying wheather you die or not. The same thing happened the same trip. We were going down the highway doping like 95. My friend who was sober thought it would be funny to mess with the guys in the back trippin. Well finally I thought we were going to wreak and die, I told him to wreak the car if he must but I didnt care because I was at peace with myself. Just chill when your trippin and accept it all with good intentions.
