Mad props man, I have always thought that selected ambient works II is the best album for tripping, and that this track in particular really gets into every sinew in my body during a trip.
Here are my five in no order:

1) Weather Report- Teen Town
2) Outkast-Da art of storytellin (or anything else from Aquemini)
3) Frank Zappa- Peaches en regalia
4) Radiohead-Amnesiac
5) Aphex Twin- Sel. Amb. Wrks II disc II track 3 or 7.

well.. already listed my top albums in the other post.. And I just can't do a top 5 songs.. theres too many.. however there is 1 song that stand out above all others as being the most emotional trip song ever (for me and all my friends at least)

Orbital - Halcyon and on and on

the diamond sea-sonic youth
hits of sunshine-sonic youth
goodbye horses-q.lazzarus
almost all of aenima-tool
galapogos-smashing pumpkins
porcelena of the oceans-smashing pumpkins
like spinning plates-radiohead
theres a very beautiful song by radiohead called "how i made my millions" thom york whipped it up on his piano in about 20 minutes or something in his own house you can hear the clanging of pots in the background as his girlfriend does the dishes in the next room
