Im aware that theres suppose to be no water build up at the buttom of the grain jars. On my last batch of rye grain theres no water pooling but towards the buttom the kernels against the glass are outlined with water. Is this oversaturated or is this good?

That's a healthy amount of moisture with grains. There will be slight H20 evaporation over time, so that little extra bit isn't going to hurt anything. Avoid pooling of water in your jars.

Where the grain touches the glass is no problem, however, like he said, always avoid pooling in your spawn jars.... Bad news. I think, from what you have described, your doing good brother.... Good luck.
