source of plastic tubing for straw logs

Does anyone know of a nice domestic source for this tubing? Fungiperfecti.com has it, but what else can be used that can also be purchased at common stores? What comes in big wide cylinders, or what use does it have? Home depot/lowes didn't have anything, foodsaver bags aren't big enough...

Get the 11" foodsaver rolls at sears to make a 7" diameter log. They're made for the vacuum sealers. If you want a LOT of plastic, you can buy the same stuff fungi perfecti sells at granger.com It's about $80 for a thousand foot roll.

Hey Roger, glad to see you're still around. Your straw log tek is still the best thing around, but you gotta add dunking! Dunking is awesome for logs.
Okay, where do they sell those foodsaver rolls, and in what section of the store?

look for 4mil poly tubing and google it. you can get 1100 foot rolls for $60 + ~12$ shipping if you're careful.

Actually, the 11 inch foodsaver rolls are no good cause they only make 6 inch diameter logs. Fungi perfecti's 10 inch diameter tubing makes 10 inch diameter logs... where to find something like that in the modern shopping center..
