Go see this movie. I should warn you it is a musical and very sad.

Maybe its a new topic for this forum, but I'm wondering what the last movie was that made you cry. I know some of you cry when you see ice melting and if thats you please be brief. :) I'm interested in the opinions of all the hard shells out there who really need a piece of work to get them teary eyed.

Whats cool about this movie is its soundtrack. I had it a long time before seeing the movie. The songs are totally twisted when they come out in the movie. Its like the theme is that its a musical where this poor factory worker mother starts going insane from stress. She'll start singing along and dancing. So these are all really happy songs.

I think the movie is called 'My Life" with Michael Keaton and Nicole Kidman. The scene where his dad is shaving him because he's too sick to do it himself got me kind of misty eyed. I find I get alot more emotional when I watch movies by myself when noone else is home. It's too bad that we feel we need to hide our emotions when watching movies when, if you think about it, that is the entire purpose of watching them in the first place; to evoke emotions.

The movie that brought an entire University class to tears, was one I saw in film class called "Cinema Paradiso" .... Its one of my all time favorites, funny, sad, its got everything.... But what is so attractive about this movie is the feeling of magic to the whole movie.......

Its a MUST see.... And please only see the original with subtitles, the Dub version sucks!
