Dunk & Roll Question

to dunk jars I was thinking to just fill the 1/2 jars with cold distilled water and load in to 2 gallon ziplock bags. Then pop into the frigerator. Is there any problems with that? peace :syringe:

yup thats fine, back in my cake days this was the only way I did it, but the fridge is a contam hotbed so I usually re-sealed the jars with the water in them, taped the holes and just put them in like that (don't trust a ziplock)

No. I use a tupperware container and i can fit 10 cakes in. I do them all at once because it is more convient. good luck.
