when i birth

i'm going to use a aquarium with perlite and water with hydrogen peroxide in it...how much h202 do i add if i use a inch or so of perlite and is it better to put the cakes directly on the perlite or on the jar lids. i'm going to put saran wrap on the top and put the aquarium lid on top(its a screened lid. like for a lizard or something)

1 part to10 of peroxide should do the trick. Although I've used pure (3%) with good results. Keep you cakes off of the perlite. You can use aluminum foil to set them on.
