If there is a circus in town try to talk them out of some elephant dung CHEAP! Most times you have to fight off the farmers. Very good fertilizer for the garden not to mention Shroomies!

you could bake it, or boil it in a pillowcase. or throw some hot water in a 5 gal bucket and let it sit in there. more than one way to shave a pussy... no nukes required.

I've just mixed it with a peroxide solution till proper moisture was acheived and then spawned. No problems from the dung. But the little fly's around here are a different story. If you don't keep the compost sealed up they just fly in, lay their eggs and you can never get rid of them.

There not like big ol' nasty black shit fly's like you'd see in a shed. There like little fruit flies, I think they may actually be white flies but can't be for sure. They originally came from a plant someone shipped me. Haven't been able to get fully rid of them since.
And if you read a little closer other people have mentioned having trouble with these flies. They are what cause peoples little freak incedents with worms in their substrate.
