rye spawn in a glad what to do with it???

I had to try pc'ing grain in a glad container. They didn't melt i was so surprised (i think i got the idea frmo agar -- thanks). I've always done bulk substrates so i'm wonderign what to do with it once its colonized. should i take it out of the container and fruit it? or, case it with peat moss like i to with trays and then furit it? any suggestions? I don't want to use this grain as spawn as i would like to fruit it the same time my trays become ready.

If you only PC'd the rye, then I'd say innoc it, wait for it to colonize, shake at about 30% (carfully so as not to open the top and introduce dirty air), then case and fruit right out of the gladware...

Gladware entre containers are flimsy after they have been pc'ed

Curious about your experiment. Exactly what model of Glad container did you use? volume, etc.

Is it still flimsy after cooling?

Magash has a Glad/Rye TEK on this method somewhere here. Anybody intersted can search for it.

I may have one like it.... soon. But not with rye. Bulk type artifical sub...... in plastic container,HERE:

i think the casing right in the container sounds good to me
