i got 11 jars pf tek in an incubator at 83.5 its been 1 week and no contam prob there about 40 to 50% done tell me does it seem that everything will be cool its my first attempt on these bad mother f_ckers im really stoked i plan on ducking them for 12 hours then induceing fruiting then after the first flush re dunking and rolling any commits will help

KISS- Keep it simple, stoner.
I'd keep it as simple as I could my first time around. Minimize the things that can go wrong with your PF tek to make sure you at least get something. I'd pull a few out and let 'em just fruit as cakes, then maybe try a casing, using 3 or 4 of those jars to spawn some pasteurized bulk substrate.

fully colonized cakes are pretty damn comtam resistant... once they're 100% colonized on the outside, wait about 3 days to make sure the middle is colonized, then fill ur jar w/ water, put in the fridge over night, then fruit

Roll them after initial dunk. Dont wait till after the first flush to roll them.
You will not be dissapointed. I have never seen a fully colonized cake get a contam from rolling after a dunk.
It seems the people dissapointed w/ there first flush on here is because they didnt roll there cakes. This isnt always the case but Ive seen it many a times.
Maybe even do 50% rolled and 50% not rolled.
Then you can see first hand the benifits.

you can not inficise the importance of dunk and roll tek its very easy it seems and you say leave them in the jars cool deal man thanks

that'll work fine... or you could just boil some tap water for a while, cover it, let it cool, and use that...
