Advanced radar.
    #3847272 - 02/28/05 05:06 PM (11 years, 9 months ago)

We are light, like the bat is the signals it sends out, bouncing of an object, creating a ?picture? for the bat to ?see?.

We animals/humans have adapted to the use of external signals.
Like I.e. the sun, does ?half the job? so we do not only need to emit anything, to interoperate ?the bounce back?.

However, the sun you see on the sky in a beautiful dream.
Seem to be doing the very same ?job?.

Emitting light, we in light, absorbs darkness.
Looking deep in to my eyes, I see darkness, light as a veil, covers us, as ours selves.

In light we cannot see no single object, from every possible angle possible, yet in darkness, we se it as its whole?

Haha blbalab la ba blkab al bla ;O

?we are blind, do we not see our self?s in light.?
-Unknown :P

I'm inspired to switch your light analogy over to one of sound serving the same purpose. They have trained blind people to use echo location like the dolphins do. To see a demonstration was AMAZING. They could tell you how far away something was from them, describe it as being dense like brick or soft like bushes a close approximate height and even shape. Of course they couldn't get color. Non the less, they were getting 3-dimensional images formed off of the sound being bounced back. They taught them to use clicks.

A blind person is in the dark, yet they can see with an advanced radar of echolocation using sound. It's all pretty cool!

I want to play with your light analogy and the bounce back "radar" idea latter on. We have to be the ones emitting the light for it too work so we can't be all dark perceiving within only an external source of light. That brings me back to the old question I was asked here of what light do with see with in our dreams. Where does it come from at night with our eyes closed?

as part of our expression we use faces, voices, bodies, clothing, paint, design, fire, electric light, electronic light - etc.

most of these parts of our ego (expressions or masks) are of light

Only when we grasp at them and label them with our minds, do they become part of our ego.

looking at TV, we could see images, and depth, "however" flat it may be..
no bouncing, just emitting, with a TV, we see.

you are exactly right Gomp! We only see the shadow of reality, not reality itself.

Another interesting way to look at this subject is the method with which we determined the structure of the atom. We cannot see an atom (well, we sorta can with electron microscopes, but...) but we can understand a lot of things about it by observing how it reacts with everything else, like light.

When a beam of light hits an atom, the electrons are excited. If enough energy is put into the electrons they will jump to an orbital with a higher energy level, then they become unstable, release that energy, and jump back down to their original orbital. This back/forth motion of the electron actually creates a ripple of energy which is emitted in the form of light. This is the phenomenon that is responsible for the Aurora Borealis/Australialis, and neon lights.

The wavelength of the light actually corresponds to the distance between the two orbitals. After some complex mathematical equations, we can actually measure the distance between, and the shape of, the electron orbitals.

You can see now how we can "see" the world around us by interpreting reflections of energy. Pretty amazing stuff!

Where does the advanced radar apply to that one? The TV analogy deals with transmitters and receivers, TV being the transmitter and us being the receiver/interpreter of its light images and sound.

Apply advanced radar to it and this will get hopping! :dancing:

If you have ever seen "DareDevil" on the TV, it shows a really neat version of a radar type of sight....    It is the coolest thing about the movie....

Sounds Neat. I thought that's what gomp was first talking about and now he is on being a receiver of an external source of emissions. Somewhere in here I think both are at play at the same time now and I am wondering about a visual on it. There has to be an internal mirror of everything external and a transducer of sorts in the middle.

In the movie, the Daredevil was not the source, he just picked up the many vibrations of the world around him....  They showed quite a few scenes with it in action....  Sometimes he would tap the floor to get the radiation of vibrations to "see"....  He was able to see with the introduction of a light rain on the face of a beautiful woman, and was how he saw her face for the first time....  It is just an "ok" movie, but the parts where he "sees" are really cool - thus worth at least one watch if you have never seen it....

the advanced radar, is you in combination with the TV.. :P  and a normal radar(in this context?), is something that only sends the signal it receives? :P

I see what you are seeing now. What an interesting way to look at it. I had a thought on it you might like, as I can see bridges being built in the time gaps between the transmitter self and the receiver self. What a multiplistic view of the self to be in awareness of. I never looked at it like that before. Neat!

I'm sitting here putting myself in this awareness and its really hyper involved. Now I am laughing my ass off, what a mind fuck. How do you keep from becoming disoriented? It puts everything into wicked spins but I am thrilled for this revelation as I was going to start the post saying we are onto magnetics now but not electro magnetics, the push pull magnetics created by vortices's and pressure systems I have been wanting to understand better.

Spins spins spins My mind is firing off synapse connections like crazy.
THANKS for the rocket fuel! What a launch into hyper space:cool:  Keep em coming!
