Contamination?

Hello Everyone,
I'm growing my first batch and it has been 2 weeks since inoculation and a few jars look like they might be contaminated, but I'm not sure if they are. The mycelium has spread around the whole jar and in some jars there are little orange/brown spots. I'm not sure if this is contam. or just the shiny side of the vermiculite showing through the mycelium, or the start of pinning. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks a ton in advance...

PS - If it is contam, can I just wash out the jars really good and use them again, or do I have to throw away the jars?

could be buildup of water on the mycelium causing it to discolour... ?
