I'm a newbie and I have a couple of jars that I'm a little concerned about. Most of my BRF cakes are doing great but I have a couple that are not colonizing all over. They have been in my incubator for a month and don't look like the rest of my cakes. Was wondering if this was contamination; possibly Bacillius. Please refer to my gallery under HippieChick photo: birthday_26, as I've not yet figured out how to post photos to my post. Thanks! HippieChick.

that is what happens when your water content is wrong, it will colonize but it will be slow. I reccommend knocking the cake off of the bottom of the jar to allow some space for the excess moisture to drain off
this was caused by too much water in your mixture
and to post pics just go to the mypics menu next to my home all of your pics will have a textbox with code and url in them, just copy and paste this
