Cant really tell by the pictures what cactii your talkin about mainly cause you havent posted them. You gotta copy and paste that url from your MY PICS section once youve upload from your desktop---If you want a cactii ID, perhaps the Ethno forum would be a better place. This forum would be better once you decide to ingest watever mescaline containing cactii species you might have.

Well, Ill just reply to your PM here----This is the place to get your question answered but ID'ing cactii isnt really my forte. If you uploaded them from the gallery, did the photo have a name or description. It doesnt look like peyote but it might be a Peruvian Torch or San Pedro which do contain mescaline just not as potent as peyote. By the way, in regards to your PM, San Pedro and peruvain Torch are legal in the States and are probably legal everywhere else. I can buy mine at Home Depot. One more thing I can recommend is doing an extactions especially for mescaline containing cactii outside that of peyote. The ratio of mesclaine to stomach aching mush is pretty large (100:1) but I dont even know if this is Torch/ PEdro so wait for a better response.

That definitely does NOT look like a San Pedro or Peruvian Torch. I can't say what it is, but I can say what it is not.

Ya Im not sure what they are either... Don't take my word for it but here are some more pics of Peruvians which is the closest resembling psychoative cactii that I can relate to your pics:

All mescaline containing cactii with the exception of Peyote is legal to possess anywhere in the world so you can get them at this local flower shop you speak of whether or not this guy is active...
Check out these sites to continue your reasearch:

The Erowid psychoactive cactii site (discluding peyote): http://www.erowid.org/plants/cacti/cacti.shtml
