enhancing potency through substrate

I've read that adding trytophan to substrate can increase potency. Is this true? If it is, how can I get some trytophan and does it work with PF cakes? Thanks

There have been several experiments with the use of Trytophan and none of them have found it to be effective.

its tryptamine, tryptamine.hcl seems to show the best results... if you are lucky enough to get your hands on some

There was a post a while back in advanced about phosphorus being a limiting factor, but the poster never had any reference or support.
