I am about to order some spore syringes, but before i do i wanted to see if anyone with more expierience than I have could answer a question. What is a high potency strain of P. Cubensis that is fairly easy to cultivate?

A cube is a cube is a cube.
The strain won't affect the potency anywhere near as much as the particular grow will.

The potency has more to do with conditions and when you pick your shrooms. If I were you I would buy a variety of strains and see which one works best for you. Try to get at least one amazonian strain though (they grow fast).

it was all in your head. the drugs inside are all the same. its a placebo effect or the dose amount.

Is it actually the same for every strain? I would assume certain shrooms would produce different amounts per area than others.

it has to do more with the cultivating than the strain.

Now, different species, that's a whole seperate matter. p. semilanceata is going to be more potent than p. cubensis, but strains of p. semilanceata are going to be the same "base" potency and the particular cultivation is going to determine what happens more than the particular strain.
Perhaps people think there is a strain difference because there are noticable differences in effects between strains of marijauna... but several points you have to keep in mind. Marijauna is a plant, mushrooms are a fungus. Fungi are, in a sense, a lot simpler than plants... The different feelings from different strains of marijauna come from the "cannabinoid profile" of that strain, or the varying percentages of some 40 (more or less) cannabinoids within that particular strain. To contrast, shrooms have psilocin, psilocybin, baeocystin, and a fourth one I can't pull off the top of my head. Again, it's a fungus not a plant... I'm no mycologist, but I do believe that fungus are a lot less variable than plants are when it comes to growing, someone may correct me.
And that, my friends, is why I think many people assume different strains of mushrooms will have different effects (that and the marketing, "oooh get this hawaiian strain it kills the mexican!").

I would disagree with the notion that all cubies are the same. I have found different strains deliver differnt flavors of trips---especially when you go outside the class of cubies. There is more than one and different ratios of psychoactive chemicals in a magic mushroom, but then again it can very well be all in my head like Delta said. It is a well accapted rumor than Amazonians deliver more visial trips and are easier to flush so even though this is just a rumor, I would go with the PESA strain as opposed to say the penis envy with little to no acknowledgement....but ya, go with a few others as well. Look at the pics and see which ones look yummy. Treasure Coast was a fun one.

set/setting and growing conditions will play the biggest factors in how good your shroom experience will be.
though i believe that god dwells in all living things, so everytime you grow different strains, there is a different soul in them than the last strain...which i think influences how much psilocybin/cin and other psychoactives are in the shrooms...call me crazy though but it feels correct to me.
JHMO i am not stating facts(except the first part...)

A cube is a cube. It is what you grow it in that makes a difference in the potency of the shroom.
A clicical dosage is 3-5 grams drie or one ounce fresh.
Each individual shroom contains different anmounts of chemcials from one another.
However, when pooled into a large collection, the dosagte is the same always. depending ion the individuals desire of how much he wants to eat and the base dosage or clinical dose is 3-5 dried grams. Period. Liberty caps and Copes are 1-2 dried grams fro med to potent triop. Cyanescens can be a half gram to one gram dried.
