Guitar Amp Question

So I have a Fender Hot Rod Deville, with 4 10 inch speakers in it. The problem is that when I hit certain notes, one of them hums real bad. Is it possible the speaker could be blown, or could it just be loose or something? If it was blown, would anyone know an estimate of how much something like that cost to get fixed?

It hums? Is it a woofy hum? A high-pitched hum?

I would physically look at the speaker and see if it is loose or if it differs from your other speakers.
Getting replacement speakers is not terribly expensive. Look at www.musiciansfriend.com to view the prices for speakers.
