Pehraps you have overdone it.
Wash the soil out through letting a gallon of water pour through the pot and see if it recovers.

yeah, I agree with Anno, too much fertilizer or water is bad for your plants. Also 2 of my plants died (still got 8) due to overwatering.
good luck

The following is a quote from a FOAF:

I know from experiece that it is natural to think that more water means faster growth but this is not true and most learn the hard way. Wait until atleast the top couple of inches of soil are dry before watering again. Once the plants are about a month old I use the heavy/light method which I have found to work awesome. Twice a day I lift each pot off the floor and if it feels "light" (try it and you'll see what I mean) then I water it. Once a plant uses all the water in it's pot you usually have about 12 hours to water it or the top will fall over. I used to be lazy and insisted on watering all plants at the same time but every plant uses water at a different rate and they grow so much better if you take the time to check each pot individually and water accordingly.

I agree a foaf does the same thing it's really the best way to judge the amount of water left in the pots so you don't over water.

Lay off the fertilizer until they are well established and water sparingly.Leech them out with plain water and try again.
Good luck.

I think you should invest in some liquid b2 (I believe that to be it). The vitamin helps the plants roots if it went into shock, and that may be what happened. (although b2 may help even if it wasn't shock..)

it sounds like your plant is too young for hope... You have to be gentle with seedlings and never fertalize them till they get to the vegative stage of growth. Give them a constant cool light and keep the soil moist.
your problem could be anything.. could be generaly the failure rate of the plant, could be the type of soil, could be the temperature of the room or the reflective surface of your growing area scorching the leavs. 1 common problem is the intensity of the light and the distance of that light away from the plant.. if your plant grows too fast and tall trying to reach that light then the stem cannot support the weight and will slump over..
