What was the last series or movie you picked up?
And what is your favorite set?
I recently purchased HBO's The Wire last week. I've got to say, that's my favorite TV series as of now. Season two was lame though. Can't wait for Season three to hit DVD's.
I also picked up In Living Color, first season. Love that. Classic.
I need to pick up some of the Family guy Season's though.
So, how bout ya'll?

Can't say I've heard of a Beatles movie, or special. Well...actually I'm not sure.
I have seen the movie, "The Doors".
I'll never forget it. Why? Well the first time I watched it, I was tripping HARD on some nice blotter.

A Hard Day's Night, Help!, Yellow Submarine and Magical Mystery Tour are all Beatles films.

Plus they're releasing the complete series of The Lone Gunmen in late March. Too bad that it's U.S. and Canada only encoding

I was insinuating his greatness on the show, lol.
I do see how it looks now though.

I plan to rent the first two seasons of Northern Exposure soon, as it's probably my all-time favorite non-animated series (excluding Pee-Wee's Playhouse I guess).
last movies/series I actually bought were Cannibal the Musical and the Toxic Avenger Tox Box set. I don't really buy DVDs anymore and instead check them out from my library to rip. I am thinking of signing up for Netflix soon to get some goodies (My So-Called Life, Mr. Show, Arrested Development, Kids in the Hall, some good anime, and rare films) my library doesn't have.

X-Files. Totally X-Files.
Second pick for a TV series box set: 24 Season 1.

the Sopranos. I find it fascinating that Silvio Dante is played by Steven Van Zandt, who is Bruce Springsteins guitar player.
