What is the ideal temperature for storing jars innoculated with P. azurescens spores that will give me the fastest colonization?

I grew some azures this summer in an outdoor shed. The bed was a large styrofoam box filled with old, weathered sticks and branches of pear and douglas fir spawned with colonized bird seed. I also grew several small test batches in Zip-loc bags. The grain and wood colonized nicely at between 80 and 90 degrees and was fully colonized in mid July. The outdoor test batches were pinning at the same time so I moved the styrofoam box outside for fruiting. The first flush was in August when the daily temps were between 65 and 98.

okay, Stamets isn't God, but she didn't write any instruction manuals on growing mushrooms, despite having been at it for millions of years. Stamets did.
