substrate question

hey there, I plan on using a mix of vermiculite and brown rice. is there anything easily accessible i could mix in to bump up the nutrients for my cubies. thanx

Simple brown rice flour and rice works great. There are other things that you can put in there but they will need extra precautions. Stick with simple BRF+Verm for your first few times. Then start caseing. Then start adding different ingredients.
