I recently harvested my first crop of P. Cubensis and i was wondering how many should i take for a first time? A freind told me that three caps will do the trick but i dunno. BTW they are fresh.

I would suggest two grams. That will give you a nice, solid, controllable trip. Dont dose in cap/stem amounts (ie. 3 caps and 2 stems) since you dont know how much you are taking.
