For me it's not hard to say it to anyone, but the problem comes when people think you are crazy.
The criteria for illness changes accoarding to majority. The world is ill and still there is no cure, so now the love is a mental sickness, whereas hate, cynicism and vorrying are the healthy way.

Anxiety and hate spreads. When an angry and neurotic person comes in contact with a balanced person, its anxiety and pain emmits a powerfull wave of words, comments, and arguments for feeling bad in hope of spreading itself, spawning brethren in pain.

But hey, if stability and love is a sickness, I'd rather be a sick man, in fact dieing of this sickness.

That's why i don't say it, because people will eiher think you're crazy or think that you're IN love with them..

but i have some problems with love, i love evryone, but i don't feel the love. its like if i had the philosophical notion of love, but not the emotional one.

The word "feeling" refers to more than emotions. A feeling is something you experience, or feel in your mind. You can feel curriosity, but it is not an emotion. The emotion of attachment, is only one of the feelings of love. Certainly when someone
feels love toward humanity, he does not experience the emotional attachment to everyone
Instead it is an experience of connection, and tendency for harmony.
It is not emotional, but it can trigger, and usually does trigger emotions in every day contact with people. But that's like a flavour or a color, some have it, some don't, but all are capable of love,
even if they have no emotions at all.

A funny example came to my mind. Tuvok. Even though he doesn't call it love. His interest in the wellbeing of the crew, and tendency for serving and living together weith others, or his care and sence of honor towards his children or his wife is in fact the essence of love.

Love affects everything in people, from thoughts to emotions or moods, but it is not a thought or an emotion or a mood. It just affects them.

If you happen to have emotions, they will be coordinated by love,
if you happen to have wings or horns, they will probably be directed by love (you would avoid poking anyone with your horns)
Same is with emotions, only on a more automatic level.

"What a grand thing, to be loved!
What a grander thing still, to love!"

- Victor Hugo -

One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life:
that word is love.

- Sophocles -

Love bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.

- The Bible : 1 Corinthians -

What therefore God has joined together,
let no man separate.

- The Bible : Mark 10:9 -

Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast,
it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts,
always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.

- The Bible : 1 Corinthians 13:4 -

If you have it (love),
you don't need to have anything else.
If you don't have it,
it doesn't matter much what else you do have.

- Sir James M. Barrie -

Love, like a river, will cut a new path
whenever it meets an obstacle.

- Crystal Middlemas -

Love is like a mustard seed;
planted by God
and watered by men

- Muda Saint Michael -
There is only one happiness in life,
to love and be loved.

- George Sand -

You know you are in love
when you see the world in her eyes,
and her eyes everywhere in the world.

- David Levesque -

Love feels no burden,
thinks nothing of trouble,
attempts what is above its strength,
pleads no excuse of impossibility...
It is therefore able to undertake all things,
and it completes many things,
and warrants them to take effect,
where he who does not love would faint and lie down.
Love is watchful and sleeping, slumbereth not.
Though weary, it is not tired;
though pressed, it is not straitened;
though alarmed, it is not confounded...

- Thomas A. Kempis -

Love is not blind - It sees more and not less,
but because it sees more it is willing to see less.

- Will Moss -

Love is like the sun coming out of the clouds
and warming your soul.

- Unknown -

Love isn't blind; it just only sees what matters.

- William Curry -

Love reminds you that nothing else matters.

- Amy Bushell -

A Friend's Love says:
" If you ever need anything,
I'll be there."

True Love says:
" You'll never need anything;
I'll be there."

- Jimi Hollemans -

Love is more than a feeling;
it's a state of mind.

- Lisa Grude -

What's love?

Love is...
What makes a weak man brave
And a king step off his throne
Good times, bad times
Easy times, tough times
It comes in an instant
And lasts three days after forever
That's what love is.

- Mike -

Love is a symbol of eternity
that wipes away all sense of time,
removing all memory of a beginning
and all fear of an end.

- Ikhide Oshoma -

A bell is not a bell
until someone rings it,
a song is not a song
until someone sings it.

Love wasn't put
in the heart to stay,
for love isn't love
'til you give it away.

- Chanh Kha -

Love is like a piece of art work,
even the smallest bit can be so beautiful.

- Stacie Cunningham -

Love means the warmth of the sun,
the aroma of a rose,
the breeze of the sea,
but as you can see
it never means the same for anyone.
Love acquires its true meaning
by experiencing it for the first time
because only then can you define it.

- Nestor Gallardo -

Love,
The key that unlocks the bars of impossibility.

- Fikayo Ositelu -

ok, i think that's enough for now.

and yes, i share your love, oldwoodspecter.

"I traveled a long way seeking God, but when I finally gave up and turned back, there He was, within me! O Lalli! Now why do you wander like a beggar? Make some effort, and He will grant you a vision of Himself in the form of bliss in your heart." -the saint of the Kashmir Shaivism tradition: Lalli.
