Take a toliet paper roll (with or without toilet paper, prefferabley without). Stuff in at least 5 of those anti-static sheets you use in the clothes drier. Blow smoke through roll.

aka spoof, just be careful and not blow to hard.

If your in a room, keep the door closed (of course), tape up the cracks in the doors and place a towel on the ground (stuff in the small space between door and floor). This will make the room somewhat airproof. The chill tube is a good idea (already mentioned- tolet paper roll with anti static sheets in it). After you take a hit try using something to to put out the weed temporarily while you hold in your hit/blow out.

there is some inscense called herbal mask, works great. it doesnt just cover the smell but it blends with it, crucial for tactical smoking operations

I've used that tube idea many times, it doesn't make the room smell like laundry. Just take your hit, open a window and the screen and blow it directly outside through the tube, and the sheets not only mask the smell but the tube makes the smoke get farther outside and prevent it being blown right back in.
That's really all I used to do anyway, just blow it out the window and then spray cologne or light incense or whatever you do. It's easier to just step outside and spark a bowl though.

You could also blow your hits into balloons. This is very effective at hiding the pungent smell of marijuana. Just partially tie them and release the knot in a few hours or the next day. You can use the same balloons for a very long time.

I wouldn't add any outside chems, but thats just me.
What I do is just open a window, get a small fan pointing out of the window, and put on a good movie. Make a bong out of a 20oz bottle and my stem, and happy times are soon to come

that idea with a toilet paper roll is good. to add to it, crush in one side of the roll so when you blow out, the laudry sheets wont come out

For making spoofs my friends have always punched holes in the bottom of a 20 ounce soda or juice bottle and stuffed it full of dryer sheets. You blow into the top and the smoke comes out the holes in the bottom. It's much more sturdy than the toilet paper tube and you can just stand it up between hits.

aka super spoof. yeah i should have talked about that one. one hint dont stuff with to many dryer sheets or its to hard to blow through.
