ok i have 6 cakes thats are almost all done and i was planning to do 2 casing with 3 brf and verm cakes each.. well the cakes look healthy except for about on 3 of them at the bottom of the jars it looks like a contam.. my question is, sense i was going to case them could i jus chop off the part that is contaminated and use the healthy part of the cakes? the contam didnt take of the cake its just a little spot here and there on the bottom.
