Does it really matter if your Happy?
Does it really matter if your happy or if your in pain?
I am not a depressed person but htink about it if you're in pain one day it will get better and if you're happy one day things will get worse so why do we worry about it?

and psychosis is the hallucinated vision of what's
happening, that paranoia is reality, that paranoia is the
content of things, that paranoia's never satisfied"

You cant ignore what you have, and everybody has feelings. Let it be hurt, love, hate, anger...we all feel it sometimes.

what you remember and how you are feeling at this moment are all that matters.
i am constantly thinking about this, right now wont matter in a little while... everything but the memorable moments wont either.
worrying isnt the right word that i would use for myself as i look forward. its almost a matter of being prepared by putting out good vibes so i can collect them later in life, and be happy then too. i accept the situation im in as a part of my life, it isnt anything else. every situation will just get stacked in a big pile of similar situations in my memory...if i remember it.

whatever your emotion let it work for you, on you, to open you. letting be is like playing possum. hiding until it goes way. It is not as important to be happy as it is to feel real. "What is real? What is not real? That is always the biggest problem. It is ego's problem." Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Nobody is happy all the time. Through pain and sadness you learn to appreciate happiness, and by through overcoming pain you learn about youself and become stronger.

If you would have the choice between being happy or not, i think you would choose happy (at least i would do so)
So it does matter.

I think that the pursuit of conscious thought is the only thing that matters. It is to me, anyway.
It seems as if though when one understands his exsistance, knows one's place in the universe and accepts that position, the other pieces will fall right into place.
Of course, opinions are like assholes. So it's anyone's guess.

Maybe nothing matters.
Maybe everything matters.
Maybe its things we consider trivial that matter most.

. What you do and think makes you happy or can make you sad. You tend to do things which you think will make you happy. If it didn't matter how would you decide what to do?
Being sad is horrible. When it stops being horrible you are not living fully. Being happy is much much better. It definately matters
