PC Question

Is it ok to pc jars if they are directly touching the bottom of the pc? The jars are quart jars and barely fit, can only fit 2. The pc only goes up to 13 psi and the jars have rye berry in them.

I don't recommend anything touch the top, bottom, or sides.

I have a rack, just the jars won't fit in there with the rack because they are too tall. I guess I'll try using a small towel.

Just as a side note the towel was blue and it turned the water blue and kind of stained the inside of my pressure cooker. Other than that everything was fine.
