I'm going to go back later and finish the job. I think I just got overheated???? sometimes when i'm about to work up a nice workout I get really sick, I even turn green. so I quit before I puked. I wonder if i'm drinking to much or not enough.

Edit: I didn't want to post again because I forgot to add this. I've been doing really well so far with the eating and workouts. i'm even noticing muscle change. If it's even possible with only 5 days. I know I am getting my good ol six pack back, well four pack I don't know how to work the lower part abs

quick tip: For the lower abs, just lie on your back and lift your legs. Of course theres a lot of variations for this. Find one you like. :thumbup:
