Geraldo Rivera is doing a show on the drug war in Columbia. Looked pretty interesting. Check it out and see where your tax dollars are going.

Once in a while I'll watch him when he is covering something of interest. I did find some of the facts he covered on his show on the war on drugs useful. I guess when I think of him being a goofball ,I'm thinking of his Heraldo show days.

i'm just amazed that people can even take him serious....seeing as though he practically wanted to have clinton's child during that whole Monica thing. And his very biased "open minded" discussions. As for the Drug thing i didn't see it.........i was too busy smoking a joint..ha

Smoking a joint sounds like a much better use of that particular hour. The show wasn't anything to write home about. Nothing we don't already know. Maybe the average folk, who think this wasteful war on drugs is working, learned something. Maybe? One can only hope.Personally, I say legalize or at least decriminalize. There was a comparizon made between our drug problem and Amsterdam's drug problem. Both countries have similar statistics. The difference is they don't waste millions of dollars year trying to stop it. Instead they focus their funds on treatment and on keeping people productive members of society. Makes more sense to me.

Well some one must think Rivera has some measure of credibility. He has a show on MSNBC that deals with real news stories and not a talk show with trans-sexual mail ladie/man prostitutes. At least he did have a real news show for a few years, I don't know if he still does or not.

That's if you don't mind listening to 1 hour of talking points from the DNC. About 90% of the shows on CNN and MSNBC are pathetically biased, when we live in a world of bi-partisin(sp) reporting (tougue-n-cheek).
However i hear CNN is changing formats....i'm a little skeptical
I actually like O'riely Factor if i had to choose

What on earth do you like about O'Riely the 'Inside Edition' washout. He is soooo conservative biased it isn't funny. And every other thing he says is a bash on Allen Greenspan. I guess he gets ratings though, and that's all that matters to the FOX execs because credible reporting sure doesn't.
I admit that I once was a fan of FOX News but I soon realized they are bad reporters that care about ratings more than truth. I turned against them after a female ancher made a wise crack about the company manufacturing viagra being way up. She made 2 more viagra jokes in the following 5 minutes. I realized that FOX News, much like everything on FOX is nothing more than a crude attempt to get ratings. How can I take their reporting seriously when they don't? I can't. And I doubt I'll ever recognize their reporting as having any credibility what so ever. What FOX News lack in credibility they make up for in bologna. And Bill O'Riely's toungue could easily fertilize 40 acres...
BTW, I don't that Geraldo Rivera seriously either. In my book he'll never have any legitamate credibility.
Take care, RG

i really don't watch any of them i tend to listen to local comentators on both the radio and the internet. I really like this guy called MARK SCOTT. He's on the internet at Markscottshow.com. Be warned if you have any sacred cows you might be offended he is a true Libertarian and i agree with him about 75% of the time but he's consistant.
As far as O'reily goes i'd like someone to tell me what other comontator(sp) gets to the point and doesn't let the guest get away with political spin and bullshit? as for greenspan, his techniques for the economy are severely outdated....though everyone praised him during the last 8 years..hmmmm
Viagra? That offended you? sheesh relax dinner at your house must be pretty quiet. (j/k)
