Now I am just a layperson, so some of it was a little confusing to me, but can someone comment on my interpretation?

The article suggests:
adding tryptamines to the substrate provides an increase of psilocin in the mycelia, but not the fruitbody?

alkaloid contents actually differ between flushes, fluctuating up & down. Is this the case without adding tryptamines also?

there was a size difference in the fruitbodies when tryptamines were added

thank you

The Shroomery has a page with information of how to implement DMT into mushroom mycelium for higher potency:

HHhmmmmm.

Thanks for the post, MJ, nice paper, also liked the papers you posted in the past on the concentrations of actives in the various strains of panaeolus in Hawaii, Australia, and Thailand.
