picking - large caps?

what are ppl's opinion here on when to pick? right before or after the veil breaks (when the cap is bell shaped) or wait a lil bit more for the cap to expand but before sporulating? does that extra growth in the cap add more potency?

I let open up there cap and get a lil bigger. Gets more weight and, atleast to me, seem just as potent. It dont really matter tho. I think they are more potent before the viel breaks but whatever. Its yer call.
