i'm so freaking stoned...I clicked my shroomery link and for some reason was taken to the Church of Satan webpage. I started freaking out, like, whoa what happened and it took me a moment to remember that yea, I had put the link to the Church of Satan in my favorites for research for a school project...duh, I didn't even remember.

Anyway, that was my most intense period of the day.

Its pretty bad if you need to worship the antithesis of a god for pure shock value. Its like the kids that grew up that never got enough attention from their parents and friends.

its not like we worship satan at all  :tongue: Its really interesting because it filters out the kind of people that we don't like.  If you get offended when you walk into our apartment, its better you don't know us :tongue:

Well, I don't worship Satan (that I know of) but I was curious about if it was a real religion or not so I did my research.

I was interested to read that they don't view Satan as a "god" or any sort of deity, but actually a force of nature. They emphasize and acknowledge the animal in humanity, our lower selves. I personally feel that there should ideally be an integration between higher and lower self but that's neither here nor now.
