time soaking n simmering

Recently i was forced to leave my rye soaking for about 48 hours, i manageed to simmer it all at once but then left the frshly simmered rye in jars with out tops for like 36 hours, HAHAHAH i just stole a piev of tyvek from home depot im about to cover up the jars and pressure cook them, will i be ok???? it been a busy few days couldnt get it all done at once

Ive lost wbs to bacteria letting them soak more than 30 hours...i wouldnt risk it.

Grains so cheap, I would save your spores and start another soak.

lol i have 72 jars all sealed with tyvek n foil, fuck , im gonna go ahead n see what happens, u think theres a chance i wont get ne growth out of NE OF THEM??

i have a martha, i built my own shelvong to get maximun capacity, back to my real concern, if i get ZERO!!! mushies out of this ill will be a very hungry man, i mean i am growing purto bellas for my grandma, ne way is this a real risk soaking for that long?

The cat always soaks his WBS a minimum of 48 hours, no simmer.

I let my wbs sit around 2 days after soaking and it germinated .

I've soaked for 48 hours but then you simmered and jared it up and it sat another 36 on top of that? They could have dried out up top since sitting with no lids. I'd say you'll be ok other then that though. If your worried, just try a few jars to not waste your spores.

nah the most my simmerd rye sat was 24 hours, is it better to jar them wet rather then sit for 24 hours?
