Conditions are right. Just wait. They should pop anytime.

Cakes need 100% humidity.

are you sure they were 100% colonized before they came out? if you can see any grain exposed, then this means that the contams can reach it too. as cubes were not meant to be grown on sterilized grain, they need to be the sole inhabitors of the cake. this is not the case in it's natural environment; they thrive amongst a multitude of bacteria in an aging pile of horse poo.
if you are not 100% sure that they were 100% sure, i would recommend you keep a sharp eye out for anything suspicious. (and if you see anything more blue than green, don't bother trying to identify it, pitch it and any else like it. there's no saving them, only yourself.

The 'fluffyness' is rihzo growth and is normal. They stall because of the tempature. I have no problem in 95%+ humidity. Pre-pin or fruiting.
And I do casings.
"The high humidity is good at that stage, but a too high temperature causes the mycelium to continue growing vegetatively after birthing instead of pinning and fruiting."
Think what you want though.

Thanks man, its just really hard because i have the incubator next to the vent which is set at 78 and that causes the whole house become warmer. I have like 120 colonizing jars, most of them are done its just i have no where to put them and im waitting to see about these. SO...lower the temps??? -peace

When you are fruiting you want 95%+ humidity and room tempature(Mid to low 70s).
Alot of things factor into fruiting, it is never just one thing. Humidity and air exchange are the main factors.
